Kaas Floral Design is a concept design studio that brings together form, structure, and material to present flowers in creative and innovative ways. Since 2010, Beata Kaas has been designing arrangements that express the unique personalities and themes of her clients. An honours graduate of Humber College’s Floral Design program, Beata earned her European Master Certification (EMC) in 2014 and has trained under Canadian-Japanese designer, Hitomi Gilliam. Taking inspiration from nature, architecture, and interior design, Beata pairs textural elements with delicate floral materials in a modern, thoughtful expression of beauty and elegance. Kaas Floral Design serves clients throughout the greater Toronto area, concentrating on weddings, corporate and residential floral installations, life events, and bespoke floral services, by appointment only.
Beata has been a key speaker and presenter at international conferences, including Belgium Fleuramour in 2015, 2016 and 2017, Floral Trends Vancouver 2016, and the AIFD Symposium 2017. Her designs have been featured in numerous magazines around the world such as Fleur Creative, Fusion Flowers, Fleur Magazine, and Canadian Florist. Beata was the honoured recipient of the 2017 recipient of the Brilliant Minded Women, Art and Entertainment Award. She also volunteers her time and lends her creative expertise to such organizations as CNIB, Schizophrenia Society of Ontario, Million Dollar Smiles, and Moxii Pro.
